TuningHunters has always stood for authenticity, quality and a clear attitude within the scene. To ensure this remains the case in the future, we have published our brand guidelines. These guidelines are therefore binding for all partners, team members and publications related to TuningHunters.

WHY BRAND GUIDELINES?
TuningHunters is more than just a platform – it is a project driven by passion for automotive photography, car culture and the tuning scene. From the very beginning, we have stood for honest work, clear values and respect for the community. To ensure these values remain visible to the outside world, solid structures are essential.

Our brand guidelines ensure that TuningHunters presents itself consistently and strongly. They protect the work of everyone involved and give organizers, partners and the scene the confidence that TuningHunters always stands for quality, authenticity and reliable event photography.

Use of the Name
The brand name TuningHunters may only be used in connection with official publications on tuninghunters.com and the associated social media channels. This ensures that the brand remains clearly recognizable – for photographers, videographers, organizers and fans of the tuning scene.

Hashtags & References 
The hashtag #TuningHunters is reserved for content directly related to the brand. Private projects created independently of TuningHunters should not use this hashtag. This way, the community can clearly see which content is officially part of TuningHunters.

Accreditations & Event Access
All media requests, accreditations or press access in the name of TuningHunters are coordinated centrally through the brand. Individual accreditations by team members must be clearly separated from TuningHunters. This gives organizers the assurance: TuningHunters stands for reliable press work and professional event photography.

Publication of Event Material
Material created under the umbrella of TuningHunters will be published first on the official channels. Posts on private accounts are possible but must include a clear reference to TuningHunters. This ensures that event reports, carspotting and photo galleries appear under one consistent name.

External Communication
In business inquiries, offers or publications, the TuningHunters brand may only be used if officially approved. Hybrid forms (e.g. private name + TuningHunters in the same signature) are not intended. This ensures a unified appearance and strengthens the brand within the automotive scene.

Consequences
Compliance with these rules is essential for TuningHunters to appear consistent to the outside world. Violations will result in the removal of content or – if necessary – the termination of collaboration, deletion of the affected content and prohibition of the use of older media files bearing the TuningHunters copyright mark. Only in this way can TuningHunters remain a reliable partner for car culture, tuning events and automotive photography.
