2. Access Data
When visiting this website, our hosting provider All-Inkl.com automatically collects so-called server log files. These include:
- Visited page
- Date and time
- Amount of data transferred
- Browser type and version
- Operating system used
- IP address (anonymized)
This data is used solely for technical monitoring and security. It will not be merged with other data.
3. Cookies
Our website uses cookies that are technically necessary for operation. We deliberately refrain from using tracking or analytics cookies. If you do not want cookies, you can disable them in your browser.
4. Contact
If you contact us by e-mail or via the contact form, your details will be stored for the purpose of processing the request. We do not share this data. The contact form only requests the information necessary to process your request. A user account on our site is neither created nor required.
5. Images and Personal Data
We capture real moments. And yes – sometimes you only get them when people don’t know they’re being photographed.
That’s what makes our images unique: candid scenes, genuine atmosphere, no staged poses.
Our work is classified as journalistic documentation in accordance with Article 85 GDPR in conjunction with § 23 German Art Copyright Act (KunstUrhG).
This means: what happens and is visible at public events may be documented and published – without a model release.
Vehicles are not considered personal data. License plates do not need to be blurred as long as there is no defamatory context.
If you find yourself in a picture and genuinely feel misrepresented, you may contact us by e-mail.
We will review this fairly, but decisions are not based on moods or whims. A simple „take it down“ is not enough – we stand by our images.
We photograph with respect. But not with kid gloves.
6. Embedded Content (e.g. YouTube, Vimeo, Google Fonts)
Our site uses embedded third-party content (e.g. YouTube videos, Google Fonts, social media feeds, newsletter tools, or map services). When loading such content, external servers are contacted. Your IP address may be transmitted and possibly stored by the provider.
We integrate third-party content with privacy in mind (e.g. two-click solutions or only with consent) whenever technically possible. If you use external content, the privacy policies of the respective providers apply.
For embedded content from YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or X (formerly Twitter), please note that these providers set their own cookies and may track your usage. We have no control over the scope, type or duration of data storage by these providers.
7. Newsletter
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we store your e-mail address exclusively for sending the newsletter. The newsletter is sent via our own website using the “Boostmail” system. Your data will not be passed on to external newsletter services or third parties.
Subscription is only possible with your explicit consent. You can unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe link in the newsletter or by e-mail. Upon unsubscribing, your e-mail address will be deleted immediately unless there is a legal retention obligation.
8. Social Media
We maintain online presences on Facebook, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), and TikTok. When you interact with us there, the privacy policies of the respective platform apply. We do not store or analyze the data collected there.
Links to our social media channels are embedded on our website. By clicking them, you leave our site and enter the responsibility of the respective provider.
9. Google Fonts
We use Google Fonts for displaying our website. These are embedded locally and no data is fetched from Google servers when visiting our pages. Therefore, no personal data is collected by Google Fonts.
10. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your stored data
- Rectification or deletion
- Restriction of processing
- Objection to processing
- Data portability

11. Right to Lodge a Complaint
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority if you believe we have violated data protection law.
12. Changes
We reserve the right to adapt this privacy policy from time to time – e.g. in the event of new legal requirements or technical changes.
In short:
We treat your data with respect.
We don’t sell, we don’t track.
We make photos, not profiles.
